Siemens today released "the White Paper of Siemens Zero-Carbon Smart Park in China" (hereinafter referred to as the "White Paper"), which analyzes and proposes the definition and structure of zero-carbon smart park, core pain points and entry points of each park based on the current situation and trend of carbon peak and carbon neutrality in the world and China. In addition, Siemens' consulting services, solutions, innovative technologies and successful practices in the field of zero-carbon parks were shared, providing guidance for the research and exploration of zero-carbon parks. Meanwhile, "Changshu Digital Empowerment Center", a two-in-one digital empowerment platform project jointly built by Siemens, Changshu High-tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee and Suzhou Land Real Estate Group Co., LTD, was officially put into operation in Changshu High-tech Industrial Development Zone. The three sides also signed a framework agreement on deepening green and low-carbon development and digital transformation and upgrading, And based on the overall planning and landing agreement of the zero-carbon park and zero-carbon building of the Shanghai-Jiangsu MOBO zero-carbon digital Industrial Park project, jointly explore the implementation path of zero-carbon park and zero-carbon building.

"As a dedicated technology company, Siemens is willing to work with all partners to enable Changshu's digital and low-carbon transformation with its advanced digitization, low-carbon technologies and rich global experience, so as to inject scientific and technological momentum into China's high-quality and sustainable development." Lin Bin, executive vice president of Siemens (China) Co., LTD., and general manager of Siemens Greater China Smart Infrastructure Group, "Industrial parks play a key role in promoting the high-quality development of our economy. Through the release of this white paper, we will share Siemens' industrial insights on the carbon neutral and digital development of smart parks, and propose feasible paths to achieve zero carbon parks through digital means and smart management, which will provide useful reference for the development of zero carbon industrial parks in China."

The "the White Paper of Siemens China Zero-Carbon Smart Park" released by Siemens systematically analyzes the zero-carbon development status of industrial parks, and sorted out the upper level soft capabilities such as concept, planning, management and operation, and the lower level hardware conditions such as park infrastructure, low-carbon and intelligent system construction, to directly address the pain points of carbon reduction in industrial parks, put forward targeted "green + digital" solutions, as well as implementable and executable implementation path planning. The white paper also introduces innovative practices such as a homestation-themed resort park in Pudong, Shanghai and the MOBO collaborative innovation Industrial Park in Changshu, Suzhou, which will play a great demonstration effect for the low-carbon construction and operation of the industrial park.

Today, Changshu Digital Empowerment Center is officially put into operation, which is the latest progress of the "advanced Manufacturing + low-carbon Park" two-in-one digital empowerment platform project jointly built by Siemens, Changshu High-tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee and Suzhou Land Real Estate Group Co., LTD in 2021. The digital Enabling Center will provide software and hardware solutions for Changshu and Suzhou enterprises' "intellectual transformation and digital transformation", including the design, manufacturing and commissioning of discrete manufacturing digital demonstration production lines in line with local industrial characteristics, and actively provide high-end training of Industry 4.0 and digitalization for local manufacturing talents. Through the introduction of brand, technology and talent training, Siemens will further expand the ecological system with local partners, jointly promote industrial digitalization and low-carbon green transformation and upgrading in Changshu City and the Yangtze River Delta region, and enhance the high-quality concentration of digital industries and the sustainable development of industry-city integration.

At the commissioning ceremony, Siemens signed the cooperation framework agreement with Changshu High-tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee and Suzhou Land Real Estate Group Co., LTD, they will continue to deepen cooperation, and strive to replicate the exploration experience in Changshu to form a cluster of characteristic industries and boost the high-quality development of regional economy while jointly creating the benchmark project of domestic first-class smart low-carbon park. At the same time, as the ground of cooperation framework agreement, based on three sides also signed the Shanghai-Jiangsu MOBO zero-carbon digital industrial park project zero carbon zone and zero carbon building the overall planning of landing agreement, Siemens will provide coverage carbon baseline verification, low carbon energy simulation, digital twin, wisdom park management platform, zero carbon building design simulation end-to-end technology consulting projects.
