In response to the current hot discussion on AI big models in the market, companies are also accelerating their integration and implementation with specific scenarios. Mao Feifei, Director of China’s Digital Transformation of Schneider Electric’s Global Supply Chain, told Beijing Business Daily that the development of big models is still in its early stages, and Schneider Electric is also exploring. In scenarios such as industrial energy carbon reduction, finance, human resources, and maintenance, Schneider Electric has accumulated a large amount of corpus and experience. It is expected that in the future, Schneider Electric will prioritize products and scenarios such as internal knowledge management and intelligent knowledge Q&A.
Mao Feifei proposed that there are multiple fragmented scenarios in the industrial field, and at the same time, there is a deep knowledge of industry fragmentation. Facing these application scenarios with high industry barriers, the existence of small models is necessary. In the short term, small models will evolve with larger models and exist for a long time.
In promoting the digital transformation of enterprise supply chains, Mao Feifei also believes that enterprises need to cooperate upstream in the ecological and industrial chains, develop upstream supply chain systems, and expand the entire network and digital capabilities, as well as the enterprise’s capabilities in the supply chain, to partners and suppliers to achieve a win-win situation in multiple aspects.
